Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your
purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
There are NO REFUNDS for hair. Exchanges ONLY.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in
the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the
original packaging. This means the hair has not been worn,
combed, brushed, dyed, opened, or tampered with or altered in
any way shape or form. Several types of goods are eligible for a
return. Products that are NOT a risk to personal health are
exempt and can be returned with a refund such as styling tools
or any other tangible items used for hair.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds are granted: (if applicable)
